Customer Success Manager

<h2>Aufgaben</h2>
<p>What You'll Do</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Lead technical onboarding and implementation for customers.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Become a trusted advisor for finance leaders and operational teams.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Configure customer environments and support ERP, accounting, and financial system integrations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work closely with Engineering to troubleshoot technical issues and prioritize product improvements.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build implementation playbooks, onboarding guides, and technical documentation.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Analyze customer usage and proactively drive adoption.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Translate customer requirements into product feedback for Product and Engineering.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct customer training sessions and executive business reviews.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support proof-of-concepts and technical product demonstrations alongside the GTM team.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build scalable customer success processes as the company grows.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifikation</h2>
<p>Experience</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p><strong><em>German native is a must</em></strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>2–6 years in Technical Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Solution Architecture.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with B2B SaaS products.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Background in fintech, ERP, finance software, AI, or data platforms is highly desirable.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Technical Skills</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and JSON.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience troubleshooting technical implementations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Understanding of ERP or accounting systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, DATEV, etc.).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with AI-powered software and modern SaaS architectures.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</p>
</li>
</ul>
