Management Accountant Dayshift

<p></p><p>Position: Management Accountant</p><p>Salary: PHP 95,000 - PHP 140,000</p><p>Working Hours &amp; Conditions: Mondays-Fridays; 9:00AM to 6:00PM AEST</p><p></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p></p><ul><li>Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis</li><li>Monitor labour costs, margins, contractor profitability, and client performance</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management</li><li>Reconcile payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and contractor costs</li><li>Analyse award rates, overtime, allowances, and labour utilisation trends</li><li>Support end-of-month and end-of-year financial processes</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax obligations, and labour hire regulations</li><li>Partner with operations and recruitment teams to improve financial performance</li><li>Prepare client profitability reports and KPI dashboards</li><li>Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting</li><li>Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within finance and payroll systems</li></ul>
