HR Generalist

<strong>Human Resources Generalist (Remote)<br><br></strong><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Provide HR services to support candidates, employees, and managers across multiple locations. Manage key HR processes such as employment offers, onboarding, employee relations, policies, leaves of absence, and terminations, utilizing HRIS systems. Collaborate with recruitment on hiring and updates, coordinate meetings with managers, conduct exit interviews, and assist with benefits and employee issues. Support and potentially back-up HR management functions related to HRIS, benefits, and performance management.
