Working Student Product Configuration (m/w/d)

<h2>These tasks are waiting for you</h2>
<p>• You help us continuously improve our products and internal processes and develop a strong understanding of what needs to run smoothly behind the scenes.<br>
• You test our products in day to day use, identify bugs and issues, and document them in a way that helps the team move quickly.<br>
• You prepare tickets and workflows, check that all relevant information is complete, and help set up processes in a clean and efficient way.<br>
• You create and maintain our API documentation and help ensure that knowledge is documented clearly and can be easily used across the team.<br>
• Depending on your level of experience and development, you will gradually take on more responsibility, for example by configuring products independently and creating dynamic PDF documents, emails, and pricing algorithms.</p>
<h2>This is what you bring to the table</h2>
<p>• You are at least in the second semester of a Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical field such as computer science, mechanical engineering, or civil engineering.<br>
• You have initial programming knowledge and are eager to keep developing, learn new things, and deepen your understanding of technical topics.<br>
• You are curious about new technologies, especially AI, and enjoy exploring how they can meaningfully support your work.<br>
• You work carefully, in a structured and reliable way, and complete tasks with a high standard of quality.<br>
• You approach topics proactively, stay open in collaboration, and do not get discouraged when something does not work right away.</p>
