Lucid Labs Berlin

Werkstudent Founders Associate / AI & Business Development (m/w/d)

Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Prime Intellect San Francisco

Applied AI Product Strategy & Revenue Lead

Applied AI Product Strategy & Revenue LeadOwn Your IntelligencePrime Intellect is building the open superintelligence stack: the infrastructure frontier AI labs build internally, made available to every ambitious AI team. Our platform, Lab, unifies compute, environments, evaluations, secure sandboxes, high-performance training, and deployment into one full-stack system for post-training at frontier scale - from SFT and RL to tool use, agent workflows, and continuously improving production models. We are building open frontier AI: open-source models trained end to end for long-horizon tasks like autonomous research, and the full-stack platform our own research team uses to build them. The next generation of AI companies, enterprises, and research teams do not just need more GPUs. They need the ability to turn their own workflows, tools, data, and feedback loops into superintelligence they own.Prime Intellect has raised $150M in total funding from Founders Fund, Radical Ventures, NVIDIA, and exceptional AI, infrastructure, and enterprise operators — including Andrej Karpathy, Dwarkesh Patel, and leaders and founders from Ramp, Perplexity, Harvey, Mercor, Zapier, Datadog, Cognition, OpenAI, Thinking Machines, Together AI, SemiAnalysis, LangChain, Browserbase, Cloudflare, Sierra, Databricks, Airbnb, OpenRouter, Standard Intelligence, Fleet, Core Auto, and more. We are looking for people who want to build at the intersection of frontier research, real infrastructure, and go-to-market for a category that does not fully exist yet.The RoleThis is not a traditional sales role. It is not a traditional product role. It is not a traditional solutions engineering role. You will help define how Prime Intellect turns frontier post-training infrastructure into a product customers can understand, buy, deploy, and expand.Today, the hardest part of the business is not selling raw compute. It is refining the product, customer motion, and technical wedge together with Applied Research, Product, Engineering, and the customer. We are selling something much more complex and much more valuable than GPUs: the ability for customers to build their own lab — environments, evals, verifiers, agents, training runs, and deployment loops that compound over time. You will own that messy middle. You will work directly with customers, the CEO, GTM leadership, Applied Research, and Engineering to translate ambiguous customer pain into a concrete product strategy, technical scope, commercial proposal, and path to revenue. You will help us figure out where the product is ready, where it needs to be shaped, what the customer actually wants, and how to turn early traction into repeatable motion. This is a role for someone who wants to be in the room where a new category is being created. What You’ll OwnCustomer-to-Product TranslationYou will work with frontier AI labs, fast-growing AI startups, and enterprise AI teams to understand what they are trying to build, where their current stack breaks, and how Prime Intellect can become the infrastructure layer underneath their post-training and agent workflows. You will turn vague, high-stakes customer conversations into clear technical and commercial strategy:What is the customer actually trying to improve? Is the wedge compute, evals, environments, sandboxes, managed RL, SFT, inference, or a full-stack workflow? What should Applied Research build or prototype? What needs to be packaged as product? What should be in scope for a POC versus a long-term deployment? What is the fastest path to a strong yes?Pre-PMF Product StrategyYou will help shape Prime Intellect’s product motion before every part of the playbook is obvious. That means identifying patterns across customer conversations, building repeatable narratives, defining packaging, sharpening use cases, and helping the team understand which customer asks are one-off noise versus signs of a massive market. You will help answer questions like:How do we explain Lab to different customer segments?Which customer workflows should become reference architectures? What should we productize versus deliver as managed work?Where is the strongest wedge for enterprise customers?Which signals show that a customer is ready for managed post-training?How do we turn Applied Research work into revenue without diluting the research agenda?Revenue OwnershipYou will own high-value customer opportunities from first serious conversation through qualification, scoping, proposal, POC, procurement, and expansion. You will not be measured on activity. You will be measured on whether the most important customers move. This includes:Running discovery with technical and executive stakeholdersBuilding the business case and technical wedgeOwning account strategy with leadershipDrafting proposals, scopes, and commercial structuresCoordinating internal workstreams across Applied Research, Product, Engineering, Legal, and FinanceCreating momentum through ambiguityTurning early deployments into expansion and long-term platform revenueApplied Research PartnershipYou will work extremely closely with Applied Research. The best version of this role has enough technical taste to understand where an RL/post-training workflow is real, where a customer is hand-waving, and where a sharp Applied Research prototype could unlock a major deal. You will help Applied Research prioritize customer-facing work by bringing signal from the field:Which evals matter?Which environments should we build?Which agents or workflows are most commercially valuable?Which technical demos will change the customer’s mind?Which customer problems are actually research problems in disguise?Category CreationThe market understands compute. It does not yet fully understand full-stack post-training infrastructure. You will help write the playbook. You will contribute to positioning, sales narratives, customer decks, case studies, reference architectures, launch moments, and internal strategy. You should be able to turn raw customer conversations into crisp language the entire company can use. What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for exceptional generalists with rare taste across AI, product, customers, and commercial strategy. You might come from:Technical GTM at a frontier AI, infra, devtools, or enterprise software companyFounder or early operator experience at an AI startupProduct or strategy at a highly technical companyForward-deployed engineering, solutions, or applied AI workInvesting, venture, or strategic finance with deep AI infrastructure exposureResearch-adjacent roles where you worked directly with customers or product teamsYou should have:Strong product and commercial judgmentAbility to understand technical products quicklyExcellent written communicationHigh agency and comfort with ambiguityTaste for what makes a customer problem realAbility to work with researchers, engineers, executives, and operatorsSharp instincts around enterprise buying, POCs, procurement, and expansionObsession with AI, post-training, agents, evals, and infrastructureAbility to create structure where none existsYou do not need to be a researcher, but you should be technical enough to earn trust with researchers and customers. You do not need to be a traditional salesperson, but you should be commercially intense enough to close. You do not need to be a PM, but you should have strong product taste.Bonus PointsExperience with RL, SFT, evals, agent frameworks, or LLM post-trainingExperience selling or deploying infrastructure, AI platforms, devtools, or enterprise AI productsExperience working with frontier AI labs, model companies, or infra-heavy startupsAbility to write excellent customer-facing decks, memos, proposals, and launch narrativesStrong network across AI startups, research labs, or enterprise AI teamsFounder mentality and willingness to do unglamorous work to winWhy This RoleMost GTM roles ask you to sell a product someone else already defined. This role asks you to help define the product, the market, the motion, and the revenue engine at the same time. You will work on the hardest commercial and product questions at one of the fastest-growing companies in AI infrastructure. You will sit close to customers building real AI systems, researchers pushing the frontier of post-training, and leadership making company-defining decisions. If you want a clean playbook, this is not the role.If you want to help invent the playbook for how frontier AI infrastructure gets built, packaged, sold, deployed, and scaled, this is the role. What We OfferCompetitive cash compensation and meaningful equityFlexible work in San Francisco or hybrid-remoteVisa sponsorship and relocation supportProfessional development budgetTeam off-sites and conference attendanceA front-row seat to building the infrastructure layer for open AIReady to Build the Commercial Engine for Open Superintelligence?Apply to help Prime Intellect turn frontier post-training infrastructure into the product, platform, and customer motion that powers the next generation of AI systems. Please mention the word **REWARDING** and tag RMTY5LjU4LjI4LjE4Nw== when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTY5LjU4LjI4LjE4Nw==). Stripe N/A

Full Stack Engineer, Expansion

<h2>Who we are</h2> <h3>About Stripe</h3> <p>Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.</p> <h3>About the team</h3> <p>Web Presence and Platform is organized into two pillars, each of which is grouped into pods that focus on the central tenets of the Stripe public mission. The Presence pillar creates industry-leading designs for Stripe front door surfaces, educating customers about the power of our platform, sharing ideas and expertise with the public, and driving adoption. The Platform pillar builds the internal machinery that powers these surfaces, and is responsible for making our websites fast, stable, and easy to update.</p> <p>Together we design and build stripe.com and other sites that amount to what is, for many, their first impression of Stripe. As such, WPP offers exciting opportunities to have a major impact on Stripe success. We want to make every pixel count, we want it to be enthralling, and we want to help other Stripes seamlessly benefit from our systematic work.</p> <p>While the team's mission anchors to web surfaces, this role lives deeper in the stack. You'll be the engine behind the experiences rather than the pixel-level presentation—APIs, data pipelines, model orchestration, and service reliability that make LLM-driven user experiences possible at scale.</p> <h2>What you'll do</h2> <p>The Expansion pod brings creativity and executional rigor to attracting new prospects and driving conversion, focusing on user journeys, interactive and highly polished tools for users, and building targeted experiences for our global users.</p> <p>As a full stack engineer, you'll architect and build the server-side systems and LLM orchestration layers that power intelligent, dynamic user experiences across acquisition journeys. You'll design the APIs, data pipelines, and inference infrastructure behind delightful and original interactive tools and resources that attract users. You'll collaborate deeply across design, engineering, and cross-functional teams and work across teams and tech stacks to create new site capabilities—with a specific focus on integrating large language models into production-grade services that are reliable, performant, and safe.</p> <p>This is not a research or ML training role. You'll be responsible for wiring LLMs into real user-facing products—managing prompt pipelines, handling model routing and fallback logic, and implementing guardrails and output validation.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Develop and implement the tooling and platforms to support interactive content tools (e.g., calculators, generators, templates) that provide utility to current and prospective businesses</li> <li>Utilize a user-first mindset to implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement of content and product offerings</li> <li>Design and build integrations to third-party software and create seamless workflows across these tools to unleash their full potential to the rest of Stripe</li> <li>Ensure reliability, security, and responsible AI practices across all LLM-driven features, including implementing content filtering, PII handling, rate limiting, graceful degradation, and output guardrails</li> <li>Work with a small team of technically sophisticated engineers who put users first</li> </ul> <h2>Who you are</h2> <p>We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p> <h3>Minimum requirements</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of backend development experience, with emphasis on building APIs and services that power user-facing experiences</li> <li>Experience writing clear, elegant code in a team environment</li> <li>Familiarity with LLM APIs and concepts—prompt engineering, token management, embedding models, retrieval-augmented generation, or function calling. You don't need to be a researcher, but you understand how these models work well enough to build production systems around them.</li> <li>Experience building and operating distributed backend systems—you're comfortable with service-oriented architectures, async processing, caching layers, and monitoring and alerting in production</li> <li>Passion for engineering solutions focused around growth hacking and enablement</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Proven ability to stitch different services and processes together even if you haven't worked with them before</li> <li>Experience in developing interactive tools and integrating them with existing systems</li> <li>Experience building highly complex interactive tools, including state management and data fetching</li> <li>Experience with data pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, Temporal, or similar) and structured output parsing from LLMs</li> <li>Experience with prompt versioning, A/B testing model outputs, or building model gateway and routing layers that allow teams to swap or compare providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) • Proficiency with React, with a focus on interactions, animation, performance, and polish • Experience with A/B testing, synthetic monitoring, or accessibility testing</li> </ul>
